8-2-2: LICENSE REQUIRED AND LIMITATIONS ON NUMBER:
   (A)   No person shall engage in the business of private scavenger without first having obtained a license so to do.
   (B)   No more than nine (9) persons shall be issued licenses to engage in the business of private scavenger within the corporate boundaries of the village at any time.
   (C)   No garbage pick up by any scavenger service shall be made between seven o'clock (7:00) P.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. (Ord. 1817, 12-12-2012)
