7-1-1: FIRE LIMITS DESIGNATED 1 :
No frame building shall be built or constructed within the fire limits of the village as hereinafter defined, and no frame building within the fire limits shall be altered, enlarged, added to or repaired further than to make good ordinary deterioration, unless such enlargement or addition shall be built of incombustible material. There shall be no frame addition to a brick building within the fire limits. All buildings within the fire limits must be of masonry construction and have face brick on all street sides. The fire limits shall be as follows:
   (A)   That portion of the village now zoned or to be zoned in the future for C (two-family dwellings), D (apartments), E and F (business), G (industrial), and all property with existing schools, or all property which is for a future school site, or which, in the future, ever becomes a school site.
   (B)   All property within the village limits that is one hundred fifty feet (150') north and south of the centerline of 147th Street and one hundred fifty feet (150') east and west of the centerline of Cicero and Pulaski Avenues and one hundred fifty feet (150') west of the centerline of Kedzie Avenue.
