6-2-19: PENALTY:

Failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall result in a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each separate offense to the maximum allowed by state statute for each offense. (Ord. 1593, 5-26-2004)
