6-2-3: INOCULATIONS FOR RABIES:

It shall be unlawful for any person to own or keep a dog or cat within the village unless the animal has been inoculated for rabies. In order to comply with this section, dogs or cats must be inoculated every twelve (12) months unless said animal has a proper three (3) year inoculation. (Ord. 1563, 1-22-2003)
