6-1-13: LOTTERIES:

It shall be unlawful for any person to keep, maintain, direct or manage, or to aid in the keeping, maintaining, directing or managing of any lottery for drawing or disposing of money or any other property or thing whatever, or to sell, or to offer for sale any lottery ticket . (Ord. 4, 5-10-1927)
