6-1-7: DISTURBING THE PEACE:
It shall be unlawful for any person to provoke a breach of the peace, or to use any violent, threatening, profane or indecent language to the disturbance of any person, or to use any threatening or abusive language toward any other person tending to a breach of the peace 1 . (Ord. 4, 5-10-1927)
