1-1-6: BOND ISSUE NOTIFICATION ACT:

The provisions of the bond issue notification act shall not be applicable to the village of Midlothian. As such, the publication requirement, all notice and hearing requirements of the bond issue notification act shall not apply to the village of Midlothian. (Ord. 1791, 6-27-2012)
