5-2-4: CIRCUSES:
   (A)   Fees: The fee for circus licenses shall be four hundred dollars ($400.00) for each day during which the circuses are conducted or open to the public. There shall be an additional license fee for each side show and concession operated in connection with a circus in the amount of thirty dollars ($30.00) per day. (Ord. 910, 4-12-1978)
   (B)   Inspection: It shall be the duty of the chief of police and the fire chief to see that inspections shall be made of all circus performances and of the premises used.
   (C)   Bond: It shall be unlawful to conduct or exhibit any parade connected with a circus in or on any public street, alley or other public way or place in the municipality unless a permit therefor is first obtained from the chief of police. Such permit shall specify the route to be followed, and shall be accompanied by a bond in the sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) conditioned to indemnify the municipality for any loss, damage or liability incurred or caused by the conduct or exhibition of such parade.
