The public portion of the premises of all business and occupations licensed hereunder shall be kept in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition. The chief of police, chief of the fire department and the health officer are authorized to make inspections to determine that the premises are maintained in accordance with this section. All licenses shall provide toilet and lavatory facilities for employees. (Ord. 633B, 12-14-1966)
