5-1-15: REQUIREMENT OF LICENSE AND PROHIBITION OF ASSIGNMENT OR TRANSFER OF SAME:

No person, firm or corporation shall operate any business or engage in any occupation for which a license is required by the ordinances of the village without securing such a license.

No business license shall be assigned or transferred to any person, firm or corporation. (Ord. 699, 4-8-1970)
