In computing square footage, there shall be included the entire building floor area and any adjacent storage or display area.
License fees based on square footage entitle the licensee to one business. There shall be an additional license obtained for any other business or portion of business conducted at the same address or under the same roof or on the same property of the licensee.
The primary license of any licensee obtaining a license on a square footage basis shall be that business or occupation that occupies the majority of the "square footage" as provided in this section. If the licensee shall operate any other business or engage in any other activity on the same premises that is required to be licensed under the provisions of this title, the licensee shall pay a fifty dollar ($50.00) fee for each additional license.
