4-23-14: PENALTIES:

Unless otherwise provided for in this chapter, any violator of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. Each section of this chapter that is violated shall constitute a separate violation. (Ord. 2035, 7-24-2019)
