5-20-10: FACILITIES NECESSARY:

No license to conduct a massage establishment shall be issued unless an inspection by the Village of Midlothian reveals that the establishment complies with all of the Village of Midlothian's building, plumbing, electrical and zoning codes. (Ord. 2040, 9-11-2019)
