5-20-9: REVOCATION OF MASSAGE THERAPIST LICENSE:
A massage therapist license issued by the state may be revoked or suspended in accordance with the Massage Licensing Act. The chief of police shall report any and all suspected violations to the massage licensing board and the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. (Ord. 2040, 9-11-2019)
