5-20-5: APPROVAL OR DENIAL OF APPLICATION:

The Village of Midlothian shall act to approve or deny an application for a license under this chapter within a reasonable period of time which shall not exceed ninety (90) days. Every license issued pursuant to this chapter will terminate at the end of the calendar year unless sooner suspended or revoked. (Ord. 2040, 9-11-2019)
