3-1-1: DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED:

There is hereby established a Police Department of the Village for the protection of lives and property within the limits of the Village, the enforcement of Federal and State Statutes and Village ordinances, and related police functions. (Ord. 1541, 6-12-2002)
