2-12-8: PENALTIES:
The penalties for violation of section 2-12-7 of this chapter shall be one or more of the following:
   (A)   The member shall be removed by the president from the economic development committee; and/or
   (B)   The penalties provided under section 1-19-8 of this code. (Ord. 1703, 9-9-2009)
