Membership of the economic development committee shall be composed of seven (7) members, two (2) of whom shall be Village Trustees and five (5) public members. The public members shall be composed of three (3) residents of the village and two (2) owners of businesses in the Village who need not be residents. The Chairperson and the six (6) other members of the committee shall be appointed by the President of the Village with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees. (Ord. 1703, 9-9-2009; amd.
