The following groups are exempt from the regulations of this subchapter:
(A) All registered non-profit organizations;
(B) Persons who sell farm/nursery products;
(C) Persons who sells their own, handmade items;
(D) Anyone selling printed material or distributing free samples; and
(E) Permanent residents who conduct private sales at his or her residence for a limited time (for example, yard sales), see Midland Development Ordinance (MDO) for any other standards.
