Provided the applicant has duly completed the application form and paid the required certificate fee, and has met all the requirements of this chapter, the town BRA, or designee, shall issue to the applicant a certificate on a form prepared by the town. The license shall show on its face the name of the registering business, the nature of the business, the location of the business (if it has a fixed location), the time period for which it is issued, and the amount of fee paid by the licensee.
