§ 110.16  EXCLUSIONS.
   This chapter shall not apply to, and no certificate hereunder shall be required of:
   (A)   Any person holding a license issued by any occupational licensing board of this state as to the profession or trade that the person has been licensed to pursue by the state; or
   (B)   Any digital dispatching service for pre-arranged transportation service for hire.
