§ 110.15 APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS.

(A) The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all businesses within the town municipal jurisdiction unless specifically exempted or excluded from registering by this chapter or by the laws of the state.

(B) All certificates provided for by this chapter shall be granted subject to any other applicable town ordinances, or state or federal law.
