(a) All police officers in the Division of Police shall receive unlimited uniform replacement based upon reasonable rules set by the Department of Public Safety.
(b) Each nonuniformed member of the Division shall be paid a maximum of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) annually to cover individual expenditures for wearing apparel. Such amount shall be paid in two equal installments of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00) each, one on January 15 and one July 15.

(c) Subject to the rules of the Division, the City shall provide the original complete uniform for the humane officer and for those cadets required to wear a uniform, and such uniform shall remain the property of the City. There shall be an unlimited uniform replacement based upon rules set by the Division.
