§ 37.091 CUSTOMER RELATIONS.
   (A)   The city requires city employees to provide excellent customer service to the public and to their coworkers. The same quality service is provided to all customers regardless of age, race, nationality, socioeconomic and educational background, physical condition, etc. The city's success and long-range plans are built on this commitment to provide excellent customer service by:
      (1)   Revising policies to value and support customer service;
      (2)   Creating customer service training;
      (3)   Establishing plans for promoting customer communication; and
      (4)   Developing metrics for customer satisfaction.
   (B)   All other city policies should be interpreted in relation to the customer service principles outlined in the Appendix of the Employee Handbook.
