(A) The city has a strict smoke-free policy in all city buildings to provide a safe and healthy environment for all employees and customers.
(B) Smoking, use of e-cigarettes or chewing tobacco is not allowed:
(1) In any city building;
(2) In any city vehicle; or
(3) In any other place prohibited by law or city ordinance.
(C) Designated smoking areas outside and away from entrances to city buildings will be specified for employees.
