(A) The area of a temporary banner sign shall not exceed 32 square feet.
(B) A new business may display a banner for a maximum of 30 days at or about the opening of a business.
(C) A banner for special events may be displayed three times in any one calendar year for no longer than ten days each display.
(D) Banners shall be stretched tightly to prevent swag and/or droop.
