Public and governmental buildings and facilities including offices, training armories, storage, maintenance and repair facilities may be allowed one non-flashing identification sign, not to exceed 60 square feet in area and ten feet in height, may be located at the major entrances, provided the sign complies with § 152.006(I), except in zoning districts and form districts where larger signs are allowed. Public utility service buildings and facilities within zoning districts and form districts where signs are not allowed, may erect one non-illuminated identification sign, not to exceed 12 square feet in area, provided the sign complies with § 152.006(I).
