§ 152.021 SUBDIVISION IDENTIFICATION SIGN.
   One freestanding subdivision identification sign not exceeding 64 square feet in area and 15 feet in height shall be allowed at each dedicated street entrance within the building lines of the subdivision during construction, for not more than 60 days prior to the commencement of construction, and after construction until a time as 80% of the lots are sold. Thereafter, one freestanding subdivision identification sign not exceeding 15 square feet in area and six feet in height shall be allowed at each dedicated street entrance within the building lines. In the alternative, a signature entrance with one 15 square feet attached sign per wall or fence (no more than two signs) is allowed as permitted in § 4.4.3 at each entrance to the development.
