§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of the state codes adopted in § 150.01 shall be subject to the following penalties.
      (1)   Violators of the State Plumbing Code shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $100, imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both, for each offense. Each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.

      (2)   Violators of the State Standards of Safety shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $1,000, imprisonment for not more than 60 days, or both, for each offense.
      (3)   Violators of the Uniform State Building Code or the Uniform State Residential Code shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $1,000 for each offense. Each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   (1)   Conditioned approvals. If any site is in violation of § 150.04, the city may condition site (or building), approvals on the site being brought into full compliance with this section and any other ordinance of the city.
      (2)   Civil penalties. Any person who intentionally, or negligently violates any provision of § 150.04 may be civilly liable to the city in the sum of $100 per day of violation, but not to exceed $1,000 total. The violator will also be required to replant an equivalent number of trees to those removed. The replacement must meet with the prior approval of the city. The city may petition the Jefferson District Court to impose, assess and recover the sums.
