(A) The Middletown Fire Chief or his designated representative and in cooperation with the Louisville Fire Department Arson Bureau are hereby determined to be the enforcement authority and are authorized and directed to enforce all sections of this subchapter.
(B) The enforcement authority may enter any premises covered by this subchapter in the performance of duties imposed herein.
