A permittee shall comply with all terms and conditions set forth in a permit, with the provisions of this chapter, and with all other applicable laws and ordinances. The permittee or designated officer or representative of the permittee who is responsible for the conduct of the parade or public assembly shall carry the permit on his or her person during the entire duration of the parade or public assembly.
