An appeal of the City of Middletown’s denial or revocation of a permit, in whole or in part, may be made to the City of Middletown Commission within three business days after the City of Middletown’s determination to revoke or deny a permit. The appeal will be heard by the full City of Middletown Commission at its next regular or specially called commission meeting, at which the applicant may present any and all evidence to support its permit application.
