§ 33.043 QUORUM.
   (A)   A simple majority of the City Commission shall constitute a quorum.
   (B)   Any member who has a direct or indirect financial interest in the outcome of any question before the body shall disclose the nature of the interest and shall disqualify himself or herself from voting on the question.
