The Director of Operations shall be involved supporting and helping the City of Middletown maintain daily, weekly tasks, and special event to help maintain the city’s works and, whenever possible, enrich and beautify the city. The Director of Operations is responsible for the regular supervision and management of all the physical assets of the city, including, but not limited to, all buildings, roads and park. The Director of Operations shall also be the Citation officer for the City and also support the City Mayor and Commissions in communication with the citizenry.
