§ 12.02 DOUGLASS HILLS/MIDDLETOWN BORDER.
   (A)   The map attached to Municipal Order 90-05, adopted by reference, showing the line between the City of Middletown and the City of Douglass Hills shall be recognized as the true boundary between the respective cities; however, for purposes of taxation, municipal services, franchise fees, permits and licenses and the like, Lots 83 and 115 shall be considered in the City of Middletown and Lots 82 and 116 shall be considered in the City of Douglass Hills.
   (B)   A copy of this municipal order shall be furnished to the Jefferson County Property Valuation Administrator, Louisville Gas and Electric Company, South Central Bell Telephone Company, Storer Cable Television Company, Jefferson County Planning Commission, Jefferson County Building Department and the Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District, as evidence of the agreement between the respective cities to recognize jurisdiction over the lots above referenced.
   (C)   This municipal order shall become effective upon its adoption by the city and the adoption of a similar municipal order by the City of Douglass Hills.
