Each person, firm, organization, corporation, or other profit or non-profit legal entity owning, operating, conducting, or engaging in any business, whether operated or conducted separately or in connection with another business, occupation, trade, or profession, in any calendar year shall pay an annual business license fee of $50. On or before November 1 of each year, the taxpayer shall make an annual registration to the city, on a form furnished by the city, providing contact information about the business and detailing such other information about the business being conducted in the city as is required by the form.
