§ 114.01 LICENSE REQUIRED FOR BUSINESSES AND OCCUPATIONS.
   Within the city limits it shall be unlawful for any person, firm, organization, corporation, or other profit or non-profit legal entity to engage in any enterprise, activity, trade, occupation, profession or undertaking of any nature, without first procuring a license and paying the required license fee.
