(A) If an employee has federal Direct Loans, including Direct Consolidation Loans, they may be eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness, also known as PSLF.
(B) If an employee makes 120 qualifying monthly payments under a qualifying repayment plan while serving in the military or employed at a government or non-profit entity, the employee may be eligible to get the balance of their loans forgiven.
