§ 37.112 CONTRACT REVIEW AND EXECUTION.
   (A)   All written contracts, or contract renewals, shall be reviewed by the City Attorney, or their designee, before execution.
   (B)   Approval from the City Commission in accordance with the city budget and specifications is required prior to requesting the City Attorney to draft a contract on behalf of the city.
   (C)   All contracts made on behalf of the city shall be signed by the Mayor after approval by the City Commission.
