This chapter shall take effect upon its passage, provided however, developments which have received preliminary approval by the Planning Board or a special use permit by the Zoning Board of Review as of the effective date shall be subject to the ordinances in effect at the time of the issuance of said special use permit or preliminary approval. Provided further, after the installation of stormwater control measures for a development approved under the earlier ordinance, any additional, stormwater control measures necessitated by changes or additions to the development or alterations to such existing stormwater control measures shall comply with this chapter.
