§ 153.63 HEARING.

Any owner or responsible party, receiving a written notice of violation, shall be given an opportunity, within a reasonable time frame, for a hearing before the town to state his or her case. If evidence indicates that a violation has not occurred, the town shall revoke the notice of violation.
