The approval of stormwater management plans, stormwater management facility construction and stormwater management facility operation, as subject to this chapter, may be revoked or suspended, and all work on the project halted for an indefinite time period after written notification is transmitted by the town for one or more of the following reasons:
(A) Failure to comply with any condition of an approved plan, or specification pertaining thereof;
(B) Violation of any requirement of this chapter; or
(C) The existence of any condition or the performance of any act constituting or creating a nuisance, hazard, or endangerment to human life or the property of others.
