§ 153.26 SOIL EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL.
   Stormwater management plans shall demonstrate soil erosion and sediment control in accordance with Chapter 151 of this code of ordinances and the Rhode Island Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Handbook, as amended.
