§ 153.23 SPECIFIC DESIGN CRITERIA.

The basic design criteria, methodologies, and construction specifications, subject to the approval of the Town Engineer shall be those of the Design Manual. Additional guidance may be provided in the "Middletown Development Guidelines," as amended.
