§ 153.02 APPLICABILITY.

This chapter shall apply to all development occurring within the Town of Middletown. No person shall develop any land for residential, commercial, industrial, or institutional uses without having provided stormwater management measures that control or manage runoff from such developments and received approval from the Town of Middletown, unless specifically exempted by § 153.03 of this chapter.
