§ 10.13 TOWN SEAL

The following shall be the device of the seal of the town: Around the margin of the same, there shall be a circle, the upper half containing the words: "The Town of Middletown, R.I."; in the lower half thereof shall be the words "Incorporated 1743"; within which circle shall be a device representing a windmill.
