§ 900 POWER OF THE ZONING BOARD OF REVIEW.
   The Zoning Board of Review shall have the power to:
   (A)   Hear and decide appeals as authorized;
   (B)   Grant special use permits as authorized;
   (C)   Grant variances as authorized.
