§ 151.35 PLAN PREPARATION.

The stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) shall be prepared by a registered engineer, a soil and water conservation society certified erosion and sediment control specialist, or a landscape architect. SWPPPs requiring the practice of engineering shall be stamped and signed by a registered professional engineer. Five copies of the plan shall be submitted to the Building Official.
