§ 130.50 OBSTRUCTING PEDESTRIAN OR VEHICULAR TRAFFIC.
   (A)   No person shall stand, be or remain in or upon any sidewalk, street, wharf or other public place in the town so as to obstruct the free and uninterrupted passing thereon of persons or vehicles entitled to the use thereof.
   (B)   Any person standing, remaining, sitting or lounging as aforesaid shall immediately move on and away when requested to do so by any police officer or by any pedestrian or vehicle driver whose passing is so obstructed.
