§ 114.35 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   Every license issued under this subchapter is subject to the right, which is hereby expressly reserved, to revoke the license for any fraud, misrepresentation or false statement contained in the application for license, conviction of any crime or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude, any violation of this subchapter, or failure to comply with any regulations or order issued by the Rhode Island Department of Health. The applicant shall, if he or she desires, have the right to a hearing upon revocation, which hearing shall be held subject to such rules and regulations as may be set by the licensing authority; provided, that if the Department of Health shall order a revocation for sanitary or health reasons, the applicant shall not be entitled to any hearing prior to revocation.
